The hotel has a convenient location very close to a Metro station, making it easy to explore the area. it is a short distance away from the international airport. The room service is prompt and the food is tasty, though it can be pricey.

Some of the facilities are outdated and poorly maintained, such as the CRT TVs and luggage locker.

Good location to International airport and free transfers.

The reception staff were rather rude, arrogant and seemed disinterested in customers. The restaurant was closed for renovation which was noisy and disruptive, and therefore we had to order room service which was not available for full meals until 7pm. There was no hot water until 8:30pm.

It was not 5 mins drive away from the airport as advertised. It took 30-40mins to get to and from the airport. The reception staff were also very unhelpful and took ages to do anything! The photos also give a false impression; my room was in a state of disrepair.
